  • WHAT TO BRING
    ≡ Closed-to walking shoes (no flip-flops or sandals).
    ≡ Confortable clothes.
    ≡ Sunscreen.
    ≡ Mobile phone and camera.
  • WHAT´S INCLUDED
    ≡ American coffee/decaf or tea, fresh fruit juice, homemade toasted bread and sweet pastries, butter, and house-made jams.
    ≡ Seasonal fresh fruit served with yogurt or cottage cheese.
    ≡ Quesadilla Station by courses and a Yucatecan appetizers station with an explanation from the Resident Chef. Both are served family-style on a shared platter at the center of the table.
    ≡ Encamisado eggs wrapped in handmade, fire-cooked criollo corn tortillas, accompanied by beans, fried plantains, tomato sauce, and Valladolid longaniza sausage.
    ≡ Fresh water station.
    ≡ Special setup in the hotel gardens, offering a private space separated from other guests, featuring a tortilla maker on-site, a dedicated waiter, and the Resident Chef guiding the entire experience.

Traspatio Maya is a brand representing a network of rural producers established in the Yucatan Peninsula, dedicated to the sustainable production of salts, honeys, corn, and vegetables. It serves as a platform for accessing a fair-trade network, thanks to the various food procurement projects promoted by Fundación Haciendas del Mundo Maya (FHMM) that foster self-management and empowerment of the producers in this region. The artisanal food products available at Traspatio Maya have a triple impact on social, economic, and environmental levels, ensuring equitable labor and trade conditions and sustainable management that protects the natural and cultural resources of the peninsula.
