The history of our social and environmental commitment to Mexico began more than 20 years ago, when we turned our gaze to the ruins of the henequen haciendas, which lived their splendor in the last century surrounded by indigenous communities in unfavorable conditions. Behind the Haciendas, there is a strong commitment and responsibility in favor of environmental conservation and the preservation of the cultural heritage of the Mayan communities. Each Hacienda is restored with historical, architectural, social and natural sensitivity.

This is in order to guarantee an integral development that generates a better personal and community present and future for its inhabitants. In 1994, Hacienda Temozón was acquired, marking the beginning of our commitment to the region. Over the years, Las Haciendas have been recognized worldwide for their socially responsible actions.
